At Redcliffe we believe that our services should be accessible to all.

We can offer assistance from arrival to departure, whatever your requirements.

All of our car parks have easily located disabled parking and you will find maps of our car parks in the download section of this site clearly showing the location of disabled parking spaces.

All of our brochures are available in a large type “Word Document” format on request and induction loops are available in all of our centres for those that need this facility. Signers can be organised at additional cost.

Access to the suites in the Birmingham Botanical Gardens is ramped for those guests who use wheelchairs and there are numerous disabled toilets located around the venue.

The Clifton and Westbury suites at the Centennial Centre are situated on the ground floor and are easily accessible, there are also clearly signed Male and Female disabled toilets located around the venue.
