Redcliffe takes it environmental responsibilities very seriously and offers its clients local purchasing for the majority of its fresh ingredients, fair-trade products & sustainable stock produce.
We provide full traceability of products and suppliers to ensure that sustainability, ethical and safety standards are a prerequisite requirement.
We work in partnership with our suppliers to reduce the impact of our business on the environment.
Redcliffe have achieved a CO2 saving of 6.78 tonnes within our supply chain by recycling waste cooking oil via the 3663 recycling scheme between 1st Jan - 31st Dec, 2010. Have a look st our Carbon Savings Certificate. More details
